Customer fills form on website for a discovery call

Based on the form filled we decide if we want to meet them

During the meeting we get a feel of them and if they are a good fit for us.

If it’s not a good fit, we let them know over email.

If it’s a good fit, we sign a contract and request for a retainer.

Onboarding

Once the retainer is in we start their onboarding:

  1. send them a detailed document to get their details and challenges and state of affairs in. Also things that will help us help them pitch and scale better. It will also help us identify coaching and mindset issues that they need help with.
  2. Send them a six week calendar with tasks and progress markers for each week
  3. Send them a pitch deck template to & any other templates to start filling out
  4. Create a drive for them with their progress markers, coaching and meeting notes and all documents are shared

Coaching

  1. We coach them on getting VC Ready

    1. In terms of their business plan, strategy and pitch deck. - 2 sessions with Vinod
    2. Enterprise Scaling Plan - 2 sessions with Ashok if available?
    3. Mindset and Entrepreneurship values and skills+ Communication and Presentation. -2 sessions with Namita
    4. This includes mock VC meeting prep to practice before they go in.

    6 sessions over 6 weeks.

VC Connection and Presentation

Vinod matches them to the right VC and secures a meeting with the VC to bring this founder.

Date is set for the meeting and pitch is made

Followup

If the founder makes it- Great! We offboard them and seek their testimonial

If the founder does not make it - we have a lessons learned closing meeting and either sign a new contract with a new retainer to help them find the next connect or they decide to go solo.
